How do I choose the right size and will the shirt shrink?

Fabrics
We use 100% Cotton for all printed t-shirts. 100% cotton is Soft to feel or touch, good absorbency, high comfort and requires no special care. It may wrinkle, attracts mildew, and has low thermal retention (does not keep body heat in the garment).

Sizing
Unfortunately, there is no standardized industry specifications or measurements. However, the following rule-of-thumb, as it relates to chest size/width for adults and ages for youth, applies:

Like all embellished garments, your t-shirt should be washed inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. This will provide maximum durability and colorfastness.
